Creating A Budget Proposal

This video explains two ways to add budgets in CapExPlan. The first method is importing data using a template—ideal if your budget is already in Excel. You select the business unit, time period, and data type (budget, forecast, or both), then fill out and upload the template. The second method is entering budgets directly in the system via the Master Budget Worksheet, where you can add rows, customize columns, and input values manually.

Both methods are user-friendly and designed to fit different workflows.
