The Grant Edit Access feature in the CAPEX system allows super users to control which users can edit specific fields or pages during the CAPEX request process. This enhances collaboration while maintaining data integrity.
Permissions can be tailored by user, role, or profile, and configured by request stage, individual fields (including custom ones), or entire pages. Additional options determine whether access applies during approval phases and whether it’s exclusive (only the selected user can edit) or non-exclusive (shared with the request creator).
Once saved, the system provides a clear summary of all granted permissions.
