Capexplan provides tools to manage and organize your file inventory effectively. This guide will walk you through the steps to view, filter, and manage your file inventory.
- From the dashboard, navigate to the Manage section.

- Select File Inventory.

Viewing and Filtering File Inventory
- Enter the capex name or number in the search bar to find specific files.
- Select the entity or group from the dropdown menu, e.g., “Almiranta 1”.
- Optionally, check the Include all dependents box to include dependent entities in your search.

- Select a tag from the Select Tag dropdown menu to filter files associated with that tag.
- To view files from a specific time range, use the Show years from dropdown menus.
- Select the start and end years to define the period you want to display.
- Check this box to filter the list to show only the files from the current year.
- Use this feature to customize the columns displayed in the file inventory. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the columns you want to show or hide: Request, Number, Extra Tracking Number, Uploaded Date, Description
- By following these steps, you can effectively manage and organize your file inventory in Capexplan, ensuring that all relevant documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
