How to View Company Calendar in Capexplan

The Company Calendar feature in Capexplan allows users to view and manage important dates, events, and deadlines related to capital and operational expenditure requests, projects, and other business activities. 

View Company Calendar

  • From the dashboard, go to the Help menu.

  • Under the Help section, select Company Calendar. 

  • To add a new event, click the desired date on the calendar. 

  • Click the time below to make a new entry. Fill in the event details such as title, description, start time, end time, and any other relevant information.

  • Save the event to add it to the calendar.

  • By effectively using the Company Calendar in Capexplan, you can streamline the management of important dates and events, ensuring better coordination and timely execution of business activities.
