Superusers can customize the layout of CAPEX Requests by rearranging fields within and between pages to improve usability and organization.
Step-by-Step: Rearranging Fields
1. Activate Edit Mode
- Open a CAPEX Request

- Click the small Pencil icon to activate Edit Mode

- You’ll see dotted icons appear next to each field
2. Rearranging Fields Within a Page
- Click and drag the dotted icon next to a field

- Move the field to your desired position
- Example: Move Category Standalone under the CAPEX Request Name

3. Adjust Column Layout (Optional)
For General Information, Detailed Information, and Custom Pages, you can define:

- 1 to 4 columns for better layout control
- Example: Set a 2-column layout for a Custom Page

4. Moving Fields Between Pages
- Hover over the dotted icon next to the field

- Right-click, a window appears

- Select the destination page

- Allowed pages:
- General Information
- Detailed Information
- Custom Pages (e.g., Page 11)
- Not Allowed:
- Cost Breakdown
- Saving
- Financial Details
5. Lock the Layout
Once you’re satisfied:
- Click the Pencil icon again

- This deactivates Edit Mode and locks the new layout.
