Step-by-Step: Restrict CAPEX Requests for a Business Unit
1. Access the Settings
- Navigate to General Settings.

- Click the Basic Settings tab.

- Scroll to Page 2.

- Locate the option: Allow Creation of CAPEX for Specific Entities.
2. Enable the Setting
- Check the box to enable this setting.

- Refresh your browser to apply the changes.
3. Restrict CAPEX Requests in the Organizational Chart
- Go to the Organizational Chart.

- Open the specific business unit (e.g., Building C)
- You will see a checkbox labeled Create Request
- Checked: CAPEX requests can be created for this unit

- Unchecked: CAPEX requests cannot be created for this unit

4. Save the Changes
- After unchecking the box, scroll down and click Update this Unit.

- The business unit will now appear grayed out, and users will be unable to create CAPEX requests for it
5. Re-enable CAPEX Request Creation (Optional)
If you wish to allow CAPEX requests for that unit again:
- Recheck the Create Request box
- Click Update
- The unit will no longer be grayed out and requests can be created as normal
